Request Accessible Formats
Customers can receive Library documents in accessible formats such as audio, braille, large print and accessible digital documents.
Toronto Public Library (TPL) is committed to providing equitable access to Library services and materials for all customers, including persons with disabilities and persons who are Deaf.
The Library will provide accessible formats of public Library documents, and communication supports and attendant services for Library programs and events, upon request and with advanced notice.
At least 2 weeks’ notice is preferred for requests. To cancel a request, at least 3 business days is required, or 10 business days for LSQ Interpretation, so that no fees are charged to TPL.
Customers can receive Library documents in accessible formats such as audio, braille, large print and accessible digital documents.
Customers can receive attendant services or communication supports such as sign language interpretation, closed captioning, or intervenor services for Library programs and events.
